Why is this more than the cheaper plans I've seen?
The cheap plans are usually automated updates on budget hosting, plus a stack of premium plugin licenses keeping a page-builder template alive. Your site is custom-built and lean, so there's no plugin bloat to rent. You're paying for premium managed hosting, a real person who knows your site, and on Partner, optimization that grows it. Different product, not a marked-up version of the same one.
What does website maintenance include?
Managed hosting, security and SSL monitoring, regular backups, WordPress and plugin updates, uptime monitoring, and a set amount of edit time each month. Higher tiers add more edit time, priority turnaround, and ongoing optimization.
What if I need a whole new page?
New pages and new functionality sit outside the monthly plan, we quote those separately so your care fee stays predictable. Your monthly edit time covers changes to what's already there: copy, images, small fixes.
Do you host my site, or can I keep my host?
Premium managed hosting is included in every plan, on infrastructure we maintain and monitor. If you'd rather stay on your current host we can talk about it, but the included hosting is part of what keeps the whole thing one bill and one point of contact.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Urgent issues, like the site being down or compromised, get same-business-day attention. Routine edits are typically handled within one to two business days, and Care+ and Partner get priority in the queue.
How much do care plans cost?
Care is $150 a month, Care+ is $300, and Partner is $550. Pay annually and one month is free. No lock-in, change or leave anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract. If you leave, the site and everything on it is yours.
